Itsy Bitsy Haven values your satisfaction from your purchase so we do regret it when you don't get that product satisfaction that you deserve.

To make it right, we are happy to accept returns and exchange of items brought from our store subject to the following conditions:

  • Item is in perfect saleable condition

  • Is unworn/unused with the original packaging still intack. 

  • Is not custom made, personalized, or altered products.

  • Is not included in our machines product as these items has to be brought serviced, refunded or exchanged by the original manufacturer in their designated service centre(s). (Please refer to machine details for the service information available in your country/area)

  • The return or exchange is sought within the 30 days notice period after receiving the item. Our delivery is usually carried through Australian Post for items designated to recipients residing in Australia and DHL to International clients.  

  • Delivery often requires signature, and it is in the recipient's absolute discretion to allow the delivery service to leave the package in their designated spot. When the recipient opts to leave the package without signature, the responsibility for maintaning the security and safety of the item(s) is transfered to the recipient and therefore subjects him/her into losing the priviledge for returns or exchange of the specific item(s) ordered within the store. 

 

Procedure for Returns or Exchange

Exchange:

STEP 1:

Send us an email at support@itsybitsyhaven.com.au to inquire for the availability of item you are intending to receive in exchange.

NOTE: If item is in stock, we will reserve it for you and have it delivered once we received and cleared your item(s) for exchange. Should item be out stock, we will let you choose whether you want a refund or backorder the item when it is back on stock. 

STEP 2: 

Send us the product along with the completed return form that comes with the delivery.  

STEP 3: 

After we received your item, verified that the exchange condition above is satisfied, and your item is on stock (or back in stock in case of backorder) we will have it delivered to you right away!  

Refund:

Simply mail us the the item along with the completed returns form. Once we received your item, we will issue a refund in the way your purchase is made.
